Currently we can only offer bookings and not walk in sessions

when you make you booking we will send the bank details for payment by email, to secure the booking we must receive payment at least 24hrs before the booking

Minimum age is 10 years old (younger is at guardians risk) and there is no upper age limit.

9am - 9pm 7 days a week (last session 8pm) 

We will confirm availability when booking

All the experiences are form 2 - 6 players and we can offer Upto 6 players in the escape and arcade room and 2 x Hero zone arenas. For larger group bookings please let us know during the booking to ensure we can accommodate your request

Some of the experiences can be a little active so we recommend loose comfortable clothing

We recommend arriving 15 minutes before your booked session to get prepared and receive instruction and sign waivers

Yes, providing this is done 24 hrs before your booking then you will receive 100% refund, after this we can not offer a refund as we would not be able to fill your booked slot

Some of the experiences we offer can be scary and you should consider this when selecting your experience

Yes, this is not a problem and there are screens for the spectators to watch the experience on.

Yes, we have a selection of cold drinks and tea's and coffee which can be purchased at the venue
